FRONT DESK AGENT (MUST BE 21+)

Start date: May 7th – June 15th, 2026
End date: August 5th to September 7th

The Front Desk position is a key part of the overall success of the Crow’s Nest Cabins. Often, this is the first and last person a guest comes
in contact with. It is very important that the individual possesses a strong outgoing personality, with an ability to pay close attention to
details. The successful candidate should be able to work well with others while demonstrating an ability to work unsupervised. We are
proud of our strong reputation of great customer service, and this guides us with everything we do.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet guests in a friendly manner and follow check in procedures
• Take payments and post accurately to guest accounts
• Follow set polices regarding cash handling
• Communicate with other departments in a friendly and professional manner
• Be aware of local attractions and restaurants and make recommendations to guests
COMPENSATION

• Handle incoming telephone calls and other guest communication in a discreet fashion
• Accurately communicate with other shifts regarding issues arising from day-to-day operations

MAINTENANCE/GROUNDSKEEPER

Crow’s Nest Cabins, part of Northern Hospitality Group, is seeking a hardworking and dependable Groundskeeper to join our Denali
seasonal team for Summer 2026! The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the
cabin property. This role is vital in ensuring a welcoming and well-kept environment for both guests and staff throughout the busy summer
season.
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform daily grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, watering, raking, planting, and weeding.
Remove debris, garbage, and recycling from property areas in accordance with company standards.
Assist with light maintenance tasks such as painting, minor repairs, and general upkeep of outdoor facilities.
Maintain pathways, parking areas, and outdoor common spaces to ensure guest safety.
Operate basic landscaping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
Monitor grounds for hazards or needed repairs and promptly report issues to management.
Assist with seasonal projects such as snow removal (early/late season), firewood stocking, and property opening/closing.
Support the facilities and maintenance team with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or general maintenance preferred but not required.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, safe environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
