All crew members will train to work in both the ice cream and deli restaurant areas of the store.
Cashier duties: Cashiers will work the cash register. Cashiers will operate the register, collect payment, issue receipts, ensure that the
transactions are correct, and process refunds or exchanges. Cashiers will assist customers by answering questions and resolving
complaints. Cashiers must clean the work area and dining area, stock drinks, throw out trash, and restock.
Cashiers working in the deli restaurant area will take customer orders in person and on the phone in addition to assisting with preparing
meals. This involves toasting, slicing, wrapping sandwiches and other duties as needed. You must maintain a clean workspace and clean
the work and dining area.

Cashiers working in the ice cream area will serve hard and soft ice cream, make milkshakes, sundaes, root beer floats, and other ice cream
products. You will also be responsible for restocking cones, cups, and utensils. You must maintain a clean workspace and clean the work
and dining area.

Typical Schedule:
9A-5P or 2P-10P with a day off each week. Hours and days off are subject to change. Students opting for overtime shifts may work 10A-10P.
