  • Promptly reports any needed repairs including equipment, carpet, tile, wallpaper, wood columns,
  • chandeliers, sink, toilets, urinals, faucets, etc.
  • Maintains a high standard of customer service. Assist guests with directions and services available within the Resort/Casino.
