-Must assure that sequence of service standards are met by; greeting guests, taking orders, directing guests to amenities and monitoring / meeting guest needs and requests.

-Process all forms of payment, refund, discount and credit card transactions according to established procedures and/or direction from leadership with accuracy and appropriate speed.
-Maintain daily knowledge of all company promotions, tournaments, bus schedules, special events etc.

-Must use a professional demeanor and friendly tone in all interactions.

-Prepare all food items according to standard recipes or as otherwise specified by supervisor to ensure consistency of product to the guest.

-Check and control the proper storage of all products, checking on portion control to maintain quality products,
Monitor and keep all refrigeration, storage and equipment in clean, working condition.

-Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
