Position Summary:

The Cook sets up the cooking line and prepares food for service in designated stations to fill customer orders.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

• Follows all written and established recipes and prepares food according to established standards
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work area

Job Responsibility :

Wash dishes, clean restrooms, clean kitchen floors, stock utensils & dishes. Lifting required.

Job Responsibility : 

Rent kayaks, stand up paddle boards, peddle boats, umbrellas and chairs to our guests. Clean and maintain equipment. Explain safety procedures to guests and issue life vests. Excellent English and customer service experience preferred.

Job Responsibility : 

1. Coordinates and schedules small to mid-size projects and renovations.
2. Performs key role in the oversight of structural maintenance and building operations.
3. Gathers information and participates in the evaluation of vendors and awarding of service
contracts. Oversees outside vendors who have been awarded service contracts.
4. Assists with oversight of preventative maintenance program and recommends new
preventative maintenance items.
5. Coordinates inspections to insure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
6. On-call for building emergencies.
7. Interacts with building occupants resolving day to day maintenance problems.
8. Coordinates security systems and/or safety programs.
9. Assists in the design and implementation of inventory system for equipment and supplies.
10. Oversees the workflow of subcontractors involved in small to mid-size projects and
renovations.
11. May coordinate telephone systems.
12. Compiles and prepares building operations budget, bill coding, and general building related financial work.
13. Assists with coordinating office moves (only applies to tubs).

Job Responsibility :

– Recognize guests immediately with a friendly greeting. – Ensure guest satisfaction through responsiveness to guest needs. – Maintain a well groomed neat and clean appearance, carrying out duties with attention to sanitation safety. – Perform side work duties on daily basis and other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibility : 

Take guests money for parking, answer questions about the resort, check for available parking (no driving is required for this position because the guests self-park their vehicles).
