As a Culinary Intern at Harrah’s Resort Southern California, you will work closely with the chefs to support daily kitchen operations, including preparing ingredients, portioning items, and setting up your workstation. You will help maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. During service hours, you will assist the line cooks by preparing basic dishes, plating food, and restocking supplies as needed.
