As a Culinary Intern at Chiles Hospitality Group, you will assist the chefs with daily kitchen operations, including preparing ingredients, portioning items, and organizing your workstation. You will help maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean, efficient, and well-organized kitchen. During service, you will support the line cooks by preparing basic dishes, plating meals, and restocking supplies as needed. Throughout the internship, you will rotate through different kitchen stations to gain hands-on experience in various culinary techniques while working closely with the kitchen team to provide smooth and timely service to guests.

As a Front of House or Front Desk Intern, you will greet and assist guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide information about hotel services and amenities. You will handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors. Throughout your internship, you will learn effective communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working closely with the front desk team.

As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will assist servers and bartenders by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. You will help prepare tables and ensure that guests receive attentive and timely service. During your internship, you will rotate through different F&B roles to gain hands-on experience and improve your hospitality and teamwork skills.
