-Serve guests quickly, courteously, and efficiently.

-Assist guests with menu selections and take orders accurately.

-Prepare and serve food and beverages according to procedures.

-Monitor guests and respond to additional requests.

-Process guest checks and payments through the POS system.

-Clean and reset tables and assist with guest seating.

-Support bus persons to ensure smooth service.

-Complete assigned side work and maintain a clean station.

-Know all menu items and use suggestive selling techniques.

-Process and close all checks properly at the end of each shift.

-Provide excellent guest service in all interactions.

-Deliver alcoholic beverages promptly from the bar to guests.

– Must provide courteous friendly guest service to all guests.

-Clean and service a minimum of 16 rooms per day as assigned and instructed.

-Deep clean rooms on a daily basis.

-Clean and maintain balconies.

-Assist in picking up extra rooms when requested.

-Complete and return keys and report to supervisor.

-Maintain cart in a neat orderly manner at all times.

-Notify the manager concerning the need for any repairs.

-Perform related duties as requested.

-Greets guests in a warm and friendly manner using specialized skills and personalized service.

-Registers guests into hotel following established procedures, working in coordination with other employees or departments as required to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.

-Processes payments following established procedures.

-Informs guests of shows, facilities, services and room amenities available.

-Maintains the cleanliness of Front Desk and surrounding areas Assists guests by attempting to honor special requests for specific accommodations, and presents options when those requests cannot be met.

-Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

-Clean and maintain restrooms and kitchen floors.

-Restock utensils, dishes, and other kitchen supplies as needed.

-Keep the kitchen and work areas clean, organized, and sanitary.

-Ability to lift and carry items as required.
