Food & Beverage Associate’s general job duties include serving food and beverages to guests. This position requires speaking English on a
regular basis to take orders, answer questions about menu items, and have general conversations with guests about the park. Must be
friendly, smile, and like to be around people. Associates may be assigned to work with a team or independently. This position also involves
food preparation, some cooking, general cleaning, use of register/point of sale, and other duties as assigned. This role does not accept tips.

Ride Operators are responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient operation of rides, while maintaining focus on the ride area and guests.
General duties include verifying riders are properly seated and safety restraints are secure before every ride cycle, operating ride control
systems which may vary in terms of complexity, and memorizing and delivering scripted safety announcements over a microphone.
Associates must be able to pass an International Ride Operator Certification (iROC). All training is paid and conducted on property during
training period. This position will involve a high level of guest contact, therefore candidates must have good English/communication and
excellent customer service skills.
