Food & Beverage Associate’s general job duties include serving food and beverages to guests. This position requires speaking English on a
regular basis to take orders, answer questions about menu items, and have general conversations with guests about the park. Must be
friendly, smile, and like to be around people. Associates may be assigned to work with a team or independently. This position also involves
food preparation, some cooking, general cleaning, use of register/point of sale, and other duties as assigned. This role does not accept tips.

Actively encourages guests to play skill games and awards prizes to winners in keeping with techniques learned during training. Some
locations require the associates to talk through a microphone to entice play. These positions require constant interaction with the public.
Responsible for handling cash transactions and counting out correct change. Responsible for maintaining a neat and clean work area.
High guest contact position. Must be willing to serve guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Must have self-confidence and a positive,
encouraging attitude. Above average ability to speak clearly and understand English required. Must be able to work alone or as part of a
team. Must be able to take direction from supervisors and managers. Must have the ability to quickly and accurately collect and count
various amounts of American (USD) currency. Must have a great smile and like to talk to people.
