  • Upkeep of the property  – Raking of straw/manure, power washing, mowing/weeding, picking up trash/debris, and general maintenance activities
  • Operate company vehicles/equipment including skid steer, trucks, and various maintenance equipment
  • General Maintenance knowledge including the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and powered equipment
  • Planting & maintaining flowers, plants, and trees
  • Snow and ice removal
  • Maintain property signs and fences
  • Maintain mowing and landscaping vehicles/equipment
  • Assist other Team Members with duties.

  • Helps coordinate special projects and assignment area coverage with the supervisor for housekeepers to ensure courteous and rapid housekeeping services.
  • Responsible for coordinating, executing the moving and organization of supply rooms and equipment as required and directed in all areas.

  • Non-routinely – stripping, refinishing floors, operate floor scrubber buffer, window washing, waster receptacle washing, carpet shampooing, cleaning and moving of furniture might be needed in any of the designated housekeeping areas on property.
  • Must adhere to all OSHA regulations and local Health Department standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare and cook all items according to company standards for recipes and procedures, including the seasoning, finish and garnishment of all food items and entrees. Adheres to time and sequence of cooking operations to meet service standards/hours.
2. Performs all basic cooking operations including deep fat frying, broiling, steaming, sautéing, basic oven work and production/prep work. Plate up food items and dish up for large functions. Effectively use kitchen tools and utensils including knives, slicers, choppers, mixers, steamers and braziers.
3. Work assigned station in the kitchen, with responsibility for the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned work area.
4. Assist other kitchen personnel as needed.
5. Properly use and store food items and kitchen supplies.
6. Complete prep work for next shift.
7. Transport food and supplies to work stations as needed.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coolers and dry storage areas.
9. Provide direction to employees and oversee task completion; may perform duties of Supervisor in his/her absence.
