As a Culinary Intern at The Oasis at Death Valley, you will assist the chefs with daily food preparation, including chopping ingredients, portioning items, and organizing your workstation. You will help maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation to keep the kitchen clean, efficient, and well-organized. During service, you will support the line cooks by preparing basic dishes, plating meals, and ensuring supplies are restocked as needed.
