FRONT DESK AGENT
English Level: Intermediate

Under the supervision of the Front Office Shift Manager, the incumbent provides courteous front desk services to guests. High School diploma as well as prior high-volume customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a high degree of interpersonal and customer relation skills necessary to ensure total guest satisfaction. Must possess basic math skills necessary to accurately calculate and process guest payments; required to pass a basic math test. Position requires ability to stand and walk 100% of the time. Extensive periods of data entry are required. Provides 5-Star service and adheres to department service guidelines for all guests. Must have the abiity to lift up to 50lbs.

  • Clean and service a minimum of 16 rooms per day as assigned and instructed.
  • Deep clean rooms on a daily basis.
  • Clean and maintain balconies.
  • Assist in picking up extra rooms when requested.
  • Complete and return keys and report to supervisor.
  • Maintain cart in a neat orderly manner at all times.
  • Notify the manager concerning the need for any repairs.
  • Perform related duties as requested.
