Job Responsibility : – Sorts, counts, folds, marks and carries linens. – Cleans multiple stay over and departure rooms per day based on company standard. – Replenish and/or replace supplies such as drinking glasses, stationary, TV guides, casino information flyers, menus, matches, etc. – Sweeps, scrubs and vacuums floor. – Cleans upholstered furniture. – Cleans guest room bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, vanity area, mirrors and floors. – Dusts and/or cleans furniture, such as the televisions, dressers, chairs, headboards, air conditioning units, vanity, phone, mirrors, wall and ceiling lamps, picture frames, etc. – Washes walls, ceiling and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills. – Empties wastebaskets and ashtrays. – Replenishes bathroom supplies, including toilet paper, tissue, soap, shampoo, etc. – Ensures all items in the room are in working order, including television, lights, air conditioning unit, telephone, alarm clock, drapes, luggage rack, etc. – Assists Guests with any questions they may have or requests. – Maintain an open line of communication with Supervisors and Managers concerning all Housekeeping and Guest Service related issues. – Maintains a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with fellow Team Members, Guests and Vendors. – Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner. – Other related duties as assigned. Job Responsibility : -Must adhere to the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe’s Policies and Procedures. -Handle all guest concerns and complaints using the Foxwoods -HEART service recovery model. -Maintain daily knowledge of all company promotions,tournaments, bus schedules, special events etc. -Must use a professional demeanor and friendly tone in all interactions. -Must answer the phone and assist all callers with their requests /concerns /questions. -Must assure that sequence of service standards are met by; greeting guests, taking orders, directing guests to amenities and monitoring / meeting guest needs and requests. -Must be able to prepare and cook venue food offerings from memory, following departmental / franchise standards – time, recipe, portion size, appearance and quality. -Must maintain knowledge menu items and ingredients. Responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements, including but not limited to, Liquor Commission Regulations, TOSHA, Health, Sanitation, Franchise and ServSafe standards. -Must be able to operate computer and point-of-sale equipment with accuracy and appropriate speed. -Process all forms of payment, refund, discount and credit card transactions according to established procedures and/or direction from leadership with accuracy and appropriate speed. -Must maintain all venue supplies according to franchise/company standards of time, levels, order and appearance. -Complete all required documentation according to company and/or franchise standards. -Maintain a clean, well groomed, professional appearance in accordance with Foxwoods Standards of Appearance.
