Maintaining the highest quality and sanitation practices throughout the shift
Must arrive to work on time, well-groomed, and in clean attire according to The Tangled Wood dress and appearance standards
Assist with dish washing needs for the restaurant.
Assist front of the house to clean the tables as and when needed
Assist with any other projects as assigned by the kitchen chef
Typical Schedule:

Provide the perfect service experience for every Guest.
Ensure the Guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant.
Ensure hot food hot and cold food cold.
Adhere to timing standards for products and services.
Look for ways to consolidate service and increase table turns.
Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage.
Serve the Guest in an accommodating manner.
Must know all food liquor, beer, wine and retail offered.
Apply positive suggestive sales approach to guide Guests.
Pre-bus tables; maintain table cleanliness, bus tables.
Looks for ways to avoid waste and limit costs.
Assist keeping the restaurant clean and safe.
Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
COMPENSATION
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed.
Participate in Celebration.
Follow daily cleaning calendar tasks.
Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures.
Make/Assist with milkshakes and or ice cream orders

Clean guest rooms, change linens, clean bathrooms, vacuum, and clean public space within the hotel.
Organize and stock cleaning cart and organize linen closets on floors assigned.
Complete accurately, and in a timely manner, any assigned paperwork.
Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards.
Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests.
Assist other housekeeping employees in maintaining clean and organized work and public areas.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Perform any other job duties as assigned
